Warragul Bathroom Renovations plans and builds bathrooms, ensuites and laundries for homes in Warragul 3820 and the surrounding towns and hill country: Drouin, Nilma, Darnum, Buln Buln, Yarragon, Trafalgar, Neerim South, Longwarry, Bunyip, Drouin South, Brandy Creek, Jindivick and Labertouche.

The homes here are varied. There are weatherboard houses on stumps near the town centre, brick veneer homes from the seventies and eighties, new estates on the edges of Warragul and Drouin, and farmhouses on tank water and septic systems out along the ridges. Each brings its own questions about floors, drainage, water supply and access. We plan around those questions rather than applying a single formula.

The parts you never see

A bathroom’s long-term performance depends on framing, sheeting, falls and the waterproof membrane. We install membranes in line with AS 3740, photograph the work before it is covered and keep the records for you.

Clear plans before work starts

Every project begins with a design consultation in your home. We measure, look at structure and services, talk through how your household uses the room and then prepare a written scope. Tile set-outs, niche positions, tap heights and storage are agreed before demolition, so decisions are not rushed on site.

Licensed and insured trades

Plumbing and electrical work is carried out by licensed trades, who provide compliance documentation where required. Our team is licensed and insured for the work we perform.

Respect for your home

Many of our clients live in the house throughout their renovation. We protect floors and paths, contain dust, keep the site tidy and explain what is happening each week.

How a project runs

Consultation

We visit, listen and assess the room, including signs of hidden moisture, floor condition and ventilation.

Design and scope

We prepare a layout and finishes plan with a detailed written scope and quotation.

Ordering and scheduling

Tiles, fixtures, vanities and screens are confirmed and ordered so work can proceed without long gaps.

Construction

Strip-out, structural repairs, rough-in, sheeting, waterproofing, screeding, tiling and fit-off follow in a planned order, with checks at each stage.

Handover

We walk through the finished room with you and provide care instructions, warranties and compliance documents.
